STEP ONE : LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR SPACE
Every great bathroom starts with getting to know you.
Your first consultation is relaxed, collaborative and all about understanding what you want from the space. We’ll talk through how you use the room, what you love, what you would like to change and the kind of atmosphere you want to create.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive. Bring along anything that inspires you — saved images, Pinterest boards, magazine pages, colours, materials or simply ideas you have been thinking about.
From there, we’ll guide you through the possibilities, introduce you to finishes and products that suit your style, and begin shaping a design that feels personal to you and right for your home.
This stage is about exploring ideas, building confidence and creating the foundation for a bathroom you will love living with.
STEP TWO : SITE VISIT & MEASURED SURVEY
Once you’re ready to proceed, your dedicated design team will meet with you on site to experience the space first-hand, refine the brief and discuss the finer details of how you would like your home to feel and function.
A comprehensive measured survey will then be undertaken, allowing us to produce accurate CAD drawings of the existing space. These drawings form the technical foundation of the design, ensuring every element is carefully considered, proportioned and resolved from the outset.
Where architectural drawings are already available — particularly for new-build homes, extensions or substantial renovations — we can work directly from these, allowing the project to progress seamlessly into concept development.
Throughout this stage, our focus is on creating a clear understanding of both the architecture and your individual requirements, providing the foundation for a highly considered, entirely bespoke interior.
STEP THREE : CONCEPT & LAYOUT STAGE
This is where your bathroom really starts to come to life.
Using everything we’ve learned about your space, your style and how you want the room to work day to day, we begin shaping the overall design direction. We explore layout options, key features and the balance between practicality and luxury, so the room feels as good to use as it does to look at.
We’ll develop carefully curated mood and material boards to define the character of the space, bringing together colour palettes, tiles, natural stone, cabinetry finishes, sanitaryware, brassware, lighting and decorative details. This gives you a clear sense of how the different elements will work together before any final selections are made.
At the same time, we refine the layout to make the very best use of the available space. Whether that means creating a statement walk-in shower, introducing a freestanding bath, improving storage, reworking awkward areas or finding the right balance between openness and privacy, every decision is considered around the way you want to live.
This stage is highly collaborative and gives you the opportunity to see the possibilities for your bathroom, compare different directions and make informed decisions with the guidance of your designer.

This is where your bathroom moves beyond drawings and moodboards and becomes something you can truly experience.
Using highly detailed photorealistic 3D visualisations, we bring every aspect of your proposed bathroom to life with exceptional clarity. From the proportions of the room and placement of key features to the interplay of lighting, materials, cabinetry, brassware and finishes, you can see how the complete design will come together before any work begins.

Your designer will guide you through the options, helping you make confident decisions while keeping the overall vision clear and cohesive.
Once approved, we manage the specification and supply process on your behalf, coordinating with our trusted manufacturers and specialist suppliers to ensure the correct products, finishes and details are ordered for your project.
The result is a refined, fully coordinated specification that takes the uncertainty out of product selection and prepares your bathroom for a smooth transition into installation.
STEP SIX: DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Once every detail has been finalised and your products are ready, we move into the most rewarding stage — bringing your new bathroom to life.
If you choose our installation service, our experienced team coordinates the process from delivery through to the final finishing touches. Working directly from the original drawings, specifications and product schedules ensures every fitting, finish and detail is carried through as intended.
Our designers remain involved throughout, supporting the installation and helping protect the integrity of the original design.
If you already have your own trusted installer or contractor, we are equally happy to work alongside them. We can provide the full design documentation, specifications and product information they need, while remaining available to answer questions and clarify details as the project progresses.
Whether you use our installation team or your own, the design remains supported from concept through to completion.
